Here are tips to help you drink more water throughout the day:
- Commit to drinking more water each day.
- Set goals and commit to drinking a certain amount of water each day.
- Keep track of the amount of water you are drinking.
- Drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning and before bed.
- Whenever you feel hungry, drink a glass of water (thirst is often mistaken for hunger.)
- When on the go, take a container filled with water wherever you go. (Help save the planet and use a reusable container!)
- Add some lemon, orange and cucumber slices for natural flavor.
- When dining out, order water to drink – it is also a good way to cut your calories.
- Drink warm water, you can even add a bit of fresh squeezed lemon or orange juice for flavor.
- Have a glass of water near you while you are at work, on the computer, watching television, working out, and anything else you do on a regular basis.

A splash of 100% unsweetened cranberry juice is definitely something natural and good for you to add to your water. You can also crush real cranberries and add them to your water. The ideal source for hydration is water, though unsweetened, natural juices are a close second. Cranberries are a great source that help the human body in many ways including anti-carcinogenic and prevention of formation of dental plaques; just be aware that this the research varies on these findings.
